Ghosts of Tamgrove Hall (The Abby Renshaw Adventures Book 2) - Jack Massa

4 Stars

ABOUT THE BOOK -
Raising a pair of 500-year-old-ghosts and binding them to my will: not sure I’m up to this.

Winter break in England is not turning out as relaxing as I’d hoped.

I’m a seventeen-year-old kid walking down a deserted road in the middle of the night in a foreign country. All alone—except for a friend who is haunted, possessed, and prone to panic attacks.

I really ought to have kept up better with my magical training.

MY THOUGHTS -
Abby is like a young Ghost whisperer. She is a very likable character and really makes the book.  This book was a fun quick read. A great series for young teens as it is also clean but adventurous.

I love that the author is  not afraid to put the ghosts right out there in front. They are just as much a part of the story as Abby and her friends are. You learn the history of the ghosts, how they died, and what they need to move on.

In this one - I also loved that her friend Franklin could see one of the ghosts, but was kinda freaked out by it! It made for a fun and more interesting story.

For me, the first book (Ghosts of Bliss Bayou) was slightly better, but this was still a great read! And I look forward to the next Abby adventure!
