ABOUT THE AUTHOR -
Christine Amsden has been writing fantasy and science fiction for as long as she can remember. She loves to write and it is her dream that others will be inspired by this love and by her stories. Speculative fiction is fun, magical, and imaginative but great speculative fiction is about real people defining themselves through extraordinary situations. Christine writes primarily about people and relationships, and it is in this way that she strives to make science fiction and fantasy meaningful for everyone.
At the age of 16, Christine was diagnosed with Stargardt’s Disease, which scars the retina and causes a loss of central vision. She is now legally blind, but has not let this slow her down or get in the way of her dreams.
Christine currently lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, Austin, who has been her biggest fan and the key to her success. In addition to being a writer, she's a freelance editor, mom, and foster mom.

MY THOUGHTS -
Brava! Another good one from Christine Amsden. I have just loved this whole series.  It had been a while since I had read the last book so it took me a while to play catch-up, but once I did I was back in the groove.

I have to admit the beginning was a tad slow for me but... the last half - Wow! Totally made up for it. It got so action packed and exciting. A page turner for sure. I just love books where people are on the run or in hiding - and this was an excellent one.

I loved Matthew in this one! He was one of the leading men from the other books. But I loved his character so much more in this one.

This is the perfect series to jump into this summer!

Thank you Christine for sending me this book for my honest review! Can't wait till the next one!
