My Review -
These are EXCELLENT Bible study books! I think these are probably the best I have seen! They are such nice, in depth exercises. These are not quick 5 minute studies. This will easily take 20 - 30 min. for each one. I take that back... I can't really consider these just Bible Study books, they are more like "God study books" or "Your life study books", they are so much more than just Bible study! So for someone who really wants a more comprehensive bible study, that is really geared to putting the Bible into your everyday life - this is the series for you!

First it asks you questions about the Bible, kind of using that to help explain what you have read.

"In what two ways did Christ give Himself to God?"

Then they ask you questions about your own life, they ask you to be honest, but you are really only being honest with yourself and God. 

"Have you ever loved someone sacrificially? What was the circumstance, and what did it cost you?" 

They have charts for you to fill out.

"Behaviors such as Gossip hold us captive. Activities like worship set us free. In the chart list behaviors that hold you captive and ones that set you free -"

They also have activities for you to do such as - write a prayer or -

"Plan a  funeral service for your old life.Write down a list of things you want to put to death and bury the list in your back yard."

It is activities such as these that sets it apart from other Bible Studies! You are learning so much about yourself, becoming a better person, AND learning more about God! But in a fun way. I really don't think you will mind spending the 20 min a day to do this.

I think this would be good for a new believer or a well seasoned one! I have been a Christian for a long time now and I found these to be fresh and very helpful.
