1. Probable my all time favorite movie - "Dances with Wolves"
Kevin Costner is my favorite actor and I love him in this!!!!!


Even the trailer brings tears to my eyes, Oh how I love this movie!!!

2. "Gone with the Wind" of course!


3. Wyatt Earp (again with Kevin Costner)



4. Bonnie and Clyde



5. The Untouchables (yet again with Kevin Costner, are you seeing a pattern here?)



6. West Side Story ( another one of my alltime favorite movies!)

  2. Cleopatra, Bonnie and Clyde, Ben-Hur, Spartacus, the last of the Mohicans and
    Apocalypto...Not sure if this is considered Historical Fiction. There are so many that I love to watch.

  4. I love the Lonesome Dove mini-series; the books are great, too!

    Last of the Mohicans definitely makes my list and would win for best soundtrack-it is an awesome CD!

    Last of the Mohicans
    Gone with the Wind
    Glory
    300 (yes, I consider it historical)
    Schindler's List
    Frida
    Braveheart
    The Patriot
    The Crucible

    So far, these are the ones that I could think of.
