MY THOUGHTS -
Absolutely excellent! This book is awesome. There is so much in here - its packed with tons of helpful ideas (workouts, recipes, hints and ideas) for getting and staying healthy.

The book is divided into 4 sections - Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each of those has exercises - lots of them all with gorgeous full color pictures,  lots of recipes for that season (veggie burger, tofu stir fry, turkey quesadilla, etc.) and a meal plan. There is also lots of little notes from Cassey that are fun, interesting and helpful!

I don't think you have to actually "follow the book" exactly. You can just pick and choose what you like and I think it would still be an excellent source for getting fit. There is certainly lots to choose from in this one.

    1. I have not tried any of the recipes (I just got the book) but most of them look and sound real good!
      I have started doing the spring workout - wow! Its a real good workout! I think I will try to do some of this for a while and see what happens.
