Vicious Cycle - Katie Ashley

5+ Stars!!!

ABOUT THE BOOK -
Deacon Malloy’s life is dedicated to the Hells Raiders motorcycle club. Tough, hard, and fast with his fists, he serves the group as sergeant at arms. But his devil-may-care approach to life is thrown for a loop when the five-year-old daughter he never knew existed lands on the club steps.

Alexandra Evans is devoted to all her students—but there’s always been something about Willow Malloy that tugs at her heart. There’s an aura of sadness about her, a girl in need of all the love Alexandra can give. When Willow stops coming to school, Alexandra’s search leads to a clubhouse full of bikers…and a father hell-bent on keeping his daughter always within sight.

The moment Deacon sees Alexandra, he has to have her in his bed—and he’s never met a woman yet who couldn’t be persuaded. No matter how attracted she is to Deacon, Alexandra refuses to be just another conquest. But it’s Deacon himself who could be seduced—into a brighter future for himself, his daughter, and the woman he’s falling for against all odds.

MY THOUGHTS -
Oh my goodness!!! I am embarrassed to say - I LOVED THIS BOOK!!!
Why embarrassed? This is the naughtiest book I have ever loved! LOL.
Sex - yes (graphic), Swearing - yes (doesn't usually bother me), Violence - yes (graphic, which does not ever bother me). But besides all that - the storyline in this book is fantastic! I just loved it. I was so hooked right from the prologue. I would have been happy to have just read all day long, but I had to stop a few times because I was blushing so  much.
There were so many spots in here that made me cry and gasp (not in THAT way, get your mind out of the gutter!) So this book is not just all about the sex, and I loved that! I've always said - I don't mind the sex as long as it has a place and there is a good story along with it. And this one so did!

The character development is excellent! I loved Deacon and the other "bad boy bikers". His character was amazing! I dare you to read this and not fall for him. I loved Willow, his daughter - stole my heart! I liked Alexandra a lot, but I have to admit - the guys win the prize in this story! They totally make the book for me.

I have to admit that I am a huge fan of "Sons of Anarchy" and "Gangland Undercover" (guess I have a thing for bikers and bad boys), so I knew what to expect going into this. I knew the lingo, I know all the biker "rules" etc. and I knew there would be sex, violence, and swearing. Maybe that's why it didn't bother me as much. But really I think it was just the fabulous story telling by Katie Ashley!
This is the first in a series and I can't wait for the next one - Redemption Road, check it out - HERE
I was told it comes out in the Fall, can't wait. I may just have to read this again in the mean time  ;-/

If you have a "thing" for Biker stories, or just love bad boys - you will LOVE this one!

Thank you Berkley/NAL Publishing for sending me this fabulously naughty delicious book!
