MY THOUGHTS -
A - MA - ZING! Love this book! A very well made, sturdy hard cover book with beautiful full color photos.
There are charts, helpful hints, ideas, menus, shopping lists - I could go on! I think this will be one of my favorite recipe books.

Some of my favorite recipes -
Cinnamon, raisin, and quinoa breakfast muffins (definitely going to make these!)
Spicy coconut kale crisps (I don't like coconut but this is done with coconut oil so...maybe?)
Salty cajun-roasted cauliflower
Prawn and carrot noodle stir-fry w/ peanut lime sauce (OMG!!! - picture below)
Easy cheesy broccoli risotto
Teriyaki noodle stir-fry (I love anything with teriyaki sauce)
And for dessert - Lemon and cranberry biscotti

I can't wait to start cooking some of this stuff! I swear probably more than half the recipes are on my "to-make" list.

This is definitely a must have cook book! Especially if you are healthy eater or trying to be one, or if you are a vegetarian (there are some meat dishes, but lots of veg. ones!). Being a vegetarian makes it so hard to love cookbooks unless they are a veg. cookbook. I have a problem when almost all the recipes have meat in them. 
There is a wide range of ideas in her and they all look so good and easy to make. Most of the ingredients is stuff I have around the house anyway.
