Jill Roman Lord won her first writing contest in first grade, and she's been writing ever since. Some of Jill's titles include One Night in Bethlehem and If Jesus Lived Inside My Heart. She lives in North Carolina with her husband, three children, and their golden retriever.
Amy Wummer has been illustrating children's books and publications for ten years. She and her husband, Mark, live in Reading, Pennsylvania with their three children.
MY THOUGHTS -
Super cute book! I love the little rhyming story of how God makes every part of our body special - our arms (for hugging) our legs (for jumping and playing) our hair, nose and even out tickly spots, but especially out heart, thoughts, and talent! We are God's amazing work of art!
I loved the art work. There are beautiful colorful drawings. Each page is very sweet.
I think this is a book that could be read over and over again and because of the rhyming text parts of it could be memorized. I love it when kids do that with books. I watch a two yr old (I am a nanny) she has most of her books memorized so she says them with me when I read them!
This book is a great quality, study board book and a nice size! I would definitely recommend this for young children!
