4 Stars!
ABOUT THE BOOK -
She
might not have much in this world, but it cost nothing to be kind…
Meet Miranda Brown: you can call her Mim. She’s
jobless, homeless and living in her car… but with a history like hers she knows
she has a huge amount to be grateful for.
Meet Beatrice and William
Howard: Bill
and Bea to you. The heads of the Howard family and owners of Venhallow Hall, a
sprawling seaside Devonshire estate… stranded in a layby five hours from home
the night before their niece’s wedding.
When fate brings the trio
together, Mim doesn’t think twice before offering to drive the affable older
couple home. It’s not like she has anywhere else to be. But as the car pulls

MY THOUGHTS -
This was such a sweet, cute, pleasant story to read. I really enjoyed it.
I adored Mim! What a sweetheart she was! Down on her luck, you might want to say her luck just ran out. She was living in her car and without a job. When she just happened to meet "the right people" they were in need of a lift in which she offered and they opened up their home to her. She ended up not only getting a new home, but a whole new family.
Yes, this is one of these warm fuzzies, but it is done so well you can't help but to fall in love with it!
Being an American - I love reading books like this... and yes I do hear the accents in my head LOL. My first one by her but wouldn't mind reading another by this author! She has quite a few out there.
I voluntarily posted this review after receiving a copy of this book from Rachel's Random Resources - Thank You!!
