MY THOUGHTS -

Books written by Elyse Douglas have been some of my favorites and I have come to look forward to reading every one that comes out.

This book went beyond my expectations! I love books that are character driven and this was very much that. I loved Roxie and drew very attached to her. I never thought I would be that interested in the "Roaring Twenties" but this book proved me wrong. I found it to be fascinating, fun, and un-put-downable!

Another score for this awesome writing duo! I loved everything about this story, it's relaxed pace, the great characters, and a hint of love story, but even more so - the need... the need to know more. I had to keep reading because I HAD to find out what was going to happen.

The authors also did a wonderful job of making me want to read the next books in the series. I have a guess what they will be about and I can't wait!

If you enjoy time travel books, or historical fiction, this one is a no brainer! they can't write books fast enough for me.
