MY THOUGHTS -

Oh my gosh! What a super fun book! Just right for summer reading. Not to heavy, not to be taken seriously, just plain, clean fun... and magic. 

The talking cat!! Princesses Latifa aka Sassy was hilarious. She had such an attitude, and a cat-onality (as my MIL would say).  I loved her.  Actually, now that I think about it, all cats have an attitude. It really made me wonder how my Maine coon kitty Martina (RIP) would talk if she could.

"If I had thumbs, I'd give you a big thumbs up," she (Latifa) said." - I loved that the cat's voice is italicized so you know right away that it is Latifa talking.

I loved all the characters. And I suspected almost everybody, LOL. I loved Hayden of course and can't wait to read more about her and her family. I believe the next book is about her mother, Emily.

"I popped in my headphones, and one of my favorite songs began to play. So, with Imagine Dragons belting out "I'm on Top of the World," I took off running down the long driveway. - I knew Hayden and I were soulmates, LOL. I love Imagine Dragons!

A quick and easy read. It is well worth the read just for the talking cat alone, but you will want to read it for so much more than that. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
